Whitehall RISE is a community driven planning initiative to update the city’s Comprehensive Plan and create a Parks & Recreation Master Plan which will shape the city’s future through the next 5-7 years.

February Update

📣 The Whitehall RISE engagement phase is officially underway!

  • The first Community Open House was successfully held, bringing together residents, stakeholders, and community members to share ideas and perspectives.

  • Stakeholder interviews are currently underway to gather additional insights.
