Engagement Opportunities
Throughout the planning process, community members will have several chances to participate, share their thoughts, and help shape a plan that truly reflects Whitehall’s values and aspirations.
Online Survey
Launching January 12 and closing March 13 the online community survey is designed to gather meaningful feedback from residents on key issues, opportunities, big ideas, and their vision for Whitehall’s future.

Community Open House #2
The second community open house will unveil the draft plans to the community. Stations will be organized into individual plan components where community members will provide feedback and ask questions.
Date & Location: Summer 2026
Community Open House #3
The third open house will serve as the final unveiling of the plan. Community members will have the opportunity to view the plan and provide feedback. All are encouraged to attend and celebrate the culmination of the planning process.

Open House #1
On February 11, the first Community Open House for the Whitehall RISE planning initiative was held. The Open House provided an opportunity for attendees to learn about the project and engage in the process by sharing their aspirations, ideas, and priorities for the future of the community.
The event was both engaging and informative, generating valuable feedback that will directly shape the planning process.
