Community Engagement

Goals of the Engagement Process

The plan’s engagement process aims to:

  • Listen and Learn – Understand community values, priorities, and concerns.

  • Build Connections – Strengthen relationships between residents, businesses, and city leaders.

  • Shape a Shared Vision – Identify what residents want Whitehall to look and feel like in the future.

  • Inform Decision-Making – Use community input to guide goals, policies, and future investments.

  • Encourage Collaboration – Create a sense of ownership and pride in shaping the city’s direction.

Engagement Opportunities

As the planning process moves forward, community members will have several chances to participate, share their thoughts, and help shape a plan that truly reflects Whitehall’s values and aspirations.
